The best coastal views are in fact those experienced from the sea and by renting a boat, you can enjoy them at your own pace and leisure. Zakynthos Marine Park (in Greek language: Εθνικό Θαλάσσιο Πάρκο Ζακύνυου), was established on 22 December 1999 as the first marine national park in Greece. It covers an area of ​​135 Km2 and is home to Loggerhead (Caretta Caretta) turtles. By renting a private boat that does not require boating licence you will have the opportunity to observe Loggerhead turtles, swim at Marathonisi Island and swim in the caves and scenic coves that are typical of this area.

If you want a more extensive visit of Marathonisi Island, where Loggerhead (Caretta-Caretta) turtles lay their eggs, of Keri caves and Marathia caves, we recommend that you rent a boat for at least 4 hours. This boat has an engine up to 40 HP and therefore does not require a boating licence. Our staff will provide all use and safety instructions and will be available for assistance during the rental.
