Piero and Giulia prepare each of the 40 flavors by hand and only here you can find the two Greek flavors Kataifi and Kamaiki (prepared with masticha tree resin). It is the only ice cream parlour in Zakynthos to have a laboratory with cutting-edge equipment: batch freezers, pasteurizers, blast chillers. Sensitive to environmental problems, they equipped the laboratory with an economizer, in order to recycle the hot water obtained during the production phase.
