“Kavos Psarou” is a complex of 6 villas, mini apartments and attics facing the sea, located just 40 meters from the pebble beach of Psarou with over 25,000 m² of private land. Psarou is located on the east coast of the island, exactly halfway between Tsilivi and Alykanas, both reachable within 10 minutes by car. Thanks to its location, this complex is ideal for families and couples looking for a holiday in Zakynthos away from the hustle and bustle and surrounded by nature, but at the same time close to the main services and places of interest. You will be fascinated by the views of the contours of the island of Kefalonia and the Peloponnese that stand out and reflect on the clear and crystalline waters of the Ionian Sea.

Built in three distinct buildings, the complex consists of six villas: Maistros, Levantes, Aggeliki, Tzogia, Dario, Pigi, all with a splendid view of the sea, not only from their balconies but also from inside the villa. Behind the villas there is another building with 8 studios and 2 attic apartments, all with sea views.

All villas are decorated with particular care focusing on the traditional and romantic style and are entirely made of local stone and wood.

The kitchens are fully equipped with electric cooker with oven, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all utensils needed for cooking.

What is included in the price?

Air conditioning, WiFi, daily cleaning, 24 h hot water with independent boiler, bath towels, linen change twice a week, on request the possibility of changing towels more frequently. Hair dryer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, safe, satellite TV and DVD player.

Around the villas

Next to the villas there is a reception / snack bar building where the owners (Biskinis family) are available to help you, give you information and serve you juices, drinks and snacks. The surrounding area is scenic, green and luxuriant with olive groves, orchards and typical Mediterranean vegetation, there are beautiful trails to go and mostly sandy beaches with crystal clear water less than 10 minutes by car. Right next to the villas there is a nice fishing port where you can anchor your boat for a small fee.

Sea View Villas

Each villa is very spacious (55 m²) and can comfortably accommodate 4 people also having the ability to add an extra bed and a cot. The villas consist of two rooms: bedroom with double bed, large living room with two sofa beds, fully equipped kitchen and large veranda with sea view. The bathroom has a bathtub with hydromassage column. Villa Pigi being larger (65 m²) can accommodate up to 7 people.
