This 160 m² villa is located a few steps from Alykes Beach and 2 Km from Alykanas Beach, on the north-eastern side of the island of Zakynthos. Thanks to the seaside location, in a quiet area of the island but at the same time close to the center of Alykes, the villa is ideal for couples and families looking for both relaxation and tranquility and at the same time looking for services, bars, taverns and supermarket nearby.

The accomodation consists of 3 bedrooms – 2 rooms with double bed, 1 room with 2 single beds -, a large living room with equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The balcony of the villa overlooks the garden overlooking the sea, where there are sun beds and umbrellas that customers can use for free.

The villa has a private parking and offers its customers a small barbecue and WI-FI. Air conditioning is included in the price. Towels and bath towels are provided by the property. Twice a week there is cleaning and change of towels and sheets.

The villa is 2 km from Alykanas, 21 km from the airport of Zakynthos (ZTH) and 15 km from the city of Zakynthos.
