Once again we would like to point out that Yotomu is not an agency, it does not offer any tourist guarantees and it does not have an office in Zakynthos. Having an office on site is essential to have a point of reference in case of problems with the tour or to have assistance in Italian or to request general information on the island.

Yotomu does not have an office on Zakynthos Island as it is a portal and the only assistance is via WhatsApp.

Welcometozante is an agency located in Zakynthos, on the port of Agios Sostis, easily reachable by following the Google Maps coordinates (clicca qui). Welcometozante has an office in Zakynthos where you can go in person and provides assistance in different languages either at the office or via WhatsApp.

By purchasing an excursion with Welcometozante you are entitled to 3 free gifts to collect at the office in Zakynthos. The freebies are the island map/guide, a souvenir bracelet and a water sport.

Tourist Re-Protection: Welcometozante YES Yotomu NO

The tax headquarters in Italy and being a portal rather than an agency allows Yotomu to blame the supplier in case of problems, rather than taking its own responsibilities. With the Welcometozante agency, however, you can be re-protected or refunded in case of problems with the tour. In fact, Yotomu lacks authorization to sell excursions in Greece as it is not registered with the EOT (Greek Ministry of Tourism).

The Welcometozante agency provides briefings in Italian and English at the office to all customers who book tours, using the paper map given as a gift to customers. Yotomu does not make any physical explanations of the island to its customers and assistance is only via messages.

In fact, Yotomu is a portal with tax headquarters in Italy that promotes itself using our name with no physical location on Zakynthos Island.
